HR Generalist Supervisor

HR Generalist SUPERSIVOR

Requirements:

• Male or Female, age below 32 years old
• Magister Degree in Psychology or Psychologist Profession
• Min. 2 years experience in Human Resources Development Area and proven handling Assessment Center Services
• Familiar with Mapping and Talent Management
• Wide knowledge of other People Development Related fields : recruitment, training, organization development
• Self-starter, able to work under pressure with minimum supervision and to work effectively with wide range of diverse people
• Strong interpersonal and communication skill, and able to work as a team
• Willing to travel to our branches all over Java
• Willing to join immediately
